A contemporary art gallery founded in 1996 by Todd Hosfelt, presenting conceptually driven work by international emerging and established artists in rotating solo and group shows every six to seven weeks. Its program includes Patricia Piccinini, Liliana Porter, Jim Campbell, Emil Lukas, Driss Ouadahi and Marco Maggi, with an emphasis on process-based painting, drawing and installation. Since 2012 it has occupied a light-filled converted warehouse at 260 Utah Street on the southern edge of SoMa, and remains active in 2026.
