Jennifer Steinkamp's It's a nice day for a white wedding. (2008), a digital animation from SFMOMA's collection, is projected at monumental scale onto the Beaux-Arts facade of the Humboldt Bank Building on Market Street, shown outdoors for the first time. Titled after Billy Idol's White Wedding, it brings a cascade of red, white and yellow wedding flowers to life in Steinkamp's immersive play of light.
