Huguette Caland’s *A Life in a Few Lines* brings together about 150 drawings, paintings, sculptures, and textiles by the Lebanese artist (1931–2019), along with archival materials. Line runs throughout: sinuous outlines of fragmented bodies, her own and her lovers’, in early works, and dense repeated marks in later ones. Sensual and vibrant, the works explore the female body, desire, humor, gender, and aging.
