Andrea Bowers’ multidisciplinary practice examines protest, activism, and social justice through an evolving archive of feminist, labor, and environmental movements. Bringing together drawings, neon and LED works, and a film program spanning the 1970s to the present, the exhibition connects histories of collective action to contemporary political precarity. Bowers transforms protest imagery and slogans into acts of memorialization, solidarity, and renewed political address.
