SF Camerawork presents A Strange Vibration, featuring Lenn Keller, Darcy Padilla, and Elizabeth Sunflower, who captured the lives of marginalized women in the Bay Area from the 1970s to the 1990s. On view at Fort Mason Center from January 22 to April 22, 2025, the exhibition includes photography documenting queer liberation, the AIDS crisis, and sex worker activism. A panel discussion on January 25 will explore the photographers’ relationships with the communities they chronicled.
