Named for Lucio Pozzi's description of Herbert Vogel, the postal clerk whose instinct for overlooked art built a major collection on a working-class budget, this group show gathers small works on paper drawn largely from Romer Young's own holdings. Seventeen artists, including Vaughn Terrell Davis Jr and Christoph Rossner, treat the drawing as finished form rather than preparation.
