Caguiat Delacruz’s *The Tramp* brings together film, installation, painting, and prints inspired by Charlie Chaplin’s iconic outsider. Following characters wandering Oakland and Half Moon Bay, the exhibition uses humor and pathos to explore precarity, collaboration, and contemporary life. Deconstructed sets, costumes, and ephemera transform the Wattis into an immersive reflection on art and a changing Bay Area.
