NOON Projects is excited to present The Hom(o)stead Act: Kaiserpanorama by Yuval Pudik.
The Hom(o)stead Act: Kaiserpanorama reimagines the 19th-century Kaiserpanorama through a queer, post-digital lens. The work consists of three interconnected acts: a towering cardboard sculpture with 28 viewing ports; a three-hour stereoscopic film composed of over 18,000 clips from contemporary media; and The Cavity—a hidden dive bar/performance space/reading room within the sculpture itself.
Throughout the duration of the exhibition, NOON Projects and Pudik will present a series of public programs, from tattooing inside The Cavity during the opening weekend to a film presentation in collaboration with Del Vaz Projects.
