*The Flatbed Picture Plane*, curated by Jude Broughan, brings together Bill Abdale, Dana Robinson, Zorawar Sidhu and Dina Weiss. Its title plays on Leo Steinberg's 1968 lecture on painting's shift from vertical view to tabletop. The show proposes that we now look on a diagonal, at tilted phones and laptops, and explores how artworks engage the matrix and the multiple as algorithms generate near-identical images.
