ICA LA presents Teresa Baker: Somewhere Between Earth and Sky, the most comprehensive presentation of the artist’s work to date. Spanning the last decade, it features a newly commissioned mural, over two dozen multi-media paintings, recent sculptures, and drawings on ledger paper. Drawing on her Mandan and Hidatsa heritage, Baker couples AstroTurf with yarn, buckskin, and other materials to create landscapes of memory.
