"Susan Silton: Diving into the Wreck" is the first major survey of the Los Angeles artist, with more than 150 participatory and multimedia installations, photographs, video and audio works, early graphics and text pieces. Named for Adrienne Rich’s 1972 poem, it places Silton within West Coast conceptual, feminist and queer lineages, tracing her concerns with voice, vision, multiples and public memory.
