SR Lejeune's *Hold me up*, their second solo presentation with Hesse Flatow, features manually machined sculptures in aluminum and stainless steel that take familiar forms: three retractable scissor gates and a sidewalk grate. Partly polished to a mirror finish and dotted with cast pewter gum, the works explore how infrastructure regulates bodies and the permeability of public and private space.
