Sleep Now In The Fire is a short film by Todd Tourso presented as a large-scale projection accompanied by still photographs drawn from the film. Centered on liberation theology, the work examines Christianity as both a source of collective identity and a historical instrument of oppression. Shot across multiple sites in Mexico, the film reflects on death, rebirth, resilience, and political struggle through a contemporary reworking of religious imagery.
