Sabrina Bockler’s "Shallow Water" draws on the myth of Diana and Actaeon and Ingmar Bergman’s "The Virgin Spring". Lush acrylic paintings move from a bathing Diana noticing prying eyes to a dog seizing a two-headed swan, with hidden faces tucked into flowers and fabric. The work explores intrusion, boundaries, women’s autonomy and the shifting balance of power between hunter and hunted.
