For Quiet Spaces at Sous Les Etoiles Gallery (June 13–August 14, 2026), French artist Georges Rousse (b. 1947) transforms abandoned or soon-to-be-demolished buildings into surprising visions of color and shape. Painting anamorphic geometric interventions directly onto architecture and resolving them from a single vantage point, his meditative photographs capture several realities at once: the actual space, the artist's imagined mise-en-scene, and the final flattened image.
