Mark Mothersbaugh Postcard Superhero and other Contemplations

Postcard Superhero and other Contemplations presents two collections of screenprints by Mark Mothersbaugh produced in the late 1980s and early 1990s at Richard Duardo’s Los Angeles studio. Included is the Postcard Superhero series, translated from small collages into large scale prints using phosphorescent, fluorescent, and standard inks. A second group of works reflects the artist’s personal contemplations through his graphic visual language.
