Paul Paiement’s "Evergreen" presents new paintings and a debut series of works on paper drawn from repeated trips across Idaho and Wyoming. Paiement layers remote landscapes with lines from architectural blueprints, so a mountain slope becomes a roofline and a horizon a foundation. A site-specific installation extends the idea into the room, exploring where looking turns into imagining and how landscape and architecture mirror each other.
