Paul Nudd: Ceramics at Western Exhibitions is the artist’s sixth solo with the gallery and the first devoted to his ceramics practice. Known for grotesque humor and bodily excess on paper, Nudd translates that vocabulary into clay—bulging, comic, slightly uncanny vessels and figures. The show tracks how his mark-making survives the kiln.
