"Cave Painting" presents new paintings by Brooklyn-based artist Osamu Kobayashi, on view September 3–October 10, 2026. His second solo show following a 2024 debut, it extends his bold brushwork and fluid forms while venturing into a "different mental space." Rather than starting from a fixed theme, each painting evolved independently, with recurring ideas and connections between works emerging gradually over time.
