Nick Thomm's *New Works*, his second solo exhibition with The Hole, fills the Bowery space with paintings and light works. Dense, glossy lozenges of color glow from his canvases while lightboxes bounce colored light around the rooms and onto viewers. Drawing on California Light and Space, contemporary design and car culture, the Australian artist explores color's power to overwhelm through hidden light sources and resin.
