Charles Kaiman’s latest exhibition at Blue Mountain Gallery presents new paintings centered on his long-standing captivation with the moon over New Mexico. Now in his twentieth solo New York show, Kaiman, a lifelong painter, captures moonlit nights with tonal purity inspired by his love of opera. His technique, rooted in decades of study and a childhood immersed in art, reflects both a visual and auditory sensitivity shaped by nightly observation and musical rhythm.
