Erina Libertad's U.S. solo debut (June 20-August 1, 2026) unfolds as a site-specific installation built over several weeks in the LA gallery. Centered on El Catre, a string game learned from her 95-year-old grandmother, the show translates hand-play patterns into machine-stitched compositions on velvet, burlap, and faux leather, plus photographs of the game's shadows, inviting visitors into a participatory space about memory and intergenerational knowledge.
