Munroe's second solo show with the gallery draws on research from his Bahamas Pavilion presentation at the Venice Biennale, centering a dialogue with the late Bahamian artist John Beadle. Rooted in Junkanoo tradition and his father's hand-repaired parachutes, the unstretched paintings layer newspaper, paint, beads, and sequins to explore memory and posthumous collaboration.
