Meandros is a permanent public artwork by Lauren Bon and Metabolic Studio at 18th Street Arts Center. Two towering columns, each holding the volume of a parking space, contain soil recovered from the 2024 Topanga Canyon landslide. The work reflects on rainwater, urban infrastructure, and ecological resilience, inviting new ways of imagining cities in harmony with natural systems.
