Between Us explores diaspora between Haiti and Brooklyn through objects, rituals, and communication that travel the 1,560 miles between them. Working solely in blue using indigo dye and cyanotype, Jennica Drice reflects on memory, migration, and distance. The color references her childhood home in Port-au-Prince and the Atlantic Ocean that separates and connects both places, while her textiles and prints act as records of what persists across generations and displacement.
