An exhibition presenting nearly forty recent acquisitions to El Museo del Barrio’s collection. Framing jangueo as gathering and collective space, it considers precarity, strength, and communal ways of thinking. Works in painting, photography, sculpture, and video reflect evolving collecting priorities, including portraiture and practices by queer and Indigenous artists.
