In Paintings, On Drawings presents works by Emily Ferguson that examine time, memory, and image erosion through reused printed sources. Drawing from a 1960s German avant-garde magazine, Ferguson translates aging media into large-scale vertical compositions in color and black and white. Through cropping, repetition, and visible mark making, the works foreground mediation, nostalgia, and the instability of representation.
