In a Landscape is Ferréol Babin’s first solo exhibition in New York, presenting a new body of painted furniture made from locally sourced wood. Rooted in close observation of the surrounding countryside, the works treat furniture as both functional object and painted surface. Through improvisational gestures and material sensitivity, Babin explores relationships between landscape, craftsmanship, and daily use.
