Amos Eno Gallery presents a solo exhibition by Hiroko Ohno, scheduled for October 2026 at its Lower East Side space. The Brooklyn-based artist, originally from Tokyo, explores the relationship between the universe, gravity, and human perception, connecting cosmic phenomena such as black holes, space, and time with sensory experience. Working in an ancient Japanese technique, she grinds mineral and seashell pigments and binds them with heated glue to create luminous celestial paintings.
