
Hannah Black’s three-screen installation *Beginning, End, None* examines the cell as both a biological unit and a site shaped by social metaphor. Combining found, personal, and laboratory footage, the work questions links among biotechnology, industrial production, containment, and forced labor—revealing how ideas of life are entangled with systems of power.
