This two-person exhibition presents Hanna Hur and Dorothea Rockburne, whose geometric abstraction engages the figure of the angel. Rockburne’s works from the late 1970s to early 1980s pair folded, painted vellum with art-historical imagery, while Hur’s recent pieces use repeated linear patterns to depict angels through iterative, formal structures.
