Fernberger presents 2026, an exhibition of recent acrylic paintings on wood panel by Gary Cannone. Small enough to rest in the artist’s lap, where they are painted, the works depict architectural structures, interiors, ramps, and furniture organized by a spatial logic at once familiar and impossible. Drawing on lived experience, Cannone exposes the assumptions built environments make about whose bodies will move through them.
