Jenkins Johnson Gallery presents David C. Driskell: Wake Up Everybody, celebrating the artist, curator, art historian, and educator’s creative legacy. Featuring paintings, works on paper, collage, and printmaking from 1960 through the early 2000s, the exhibition reflects Driskell’s wide-ranging engagement with figuration, abstraction, African craft, spirituality, landscape, jazz, and Black artistic mentorship.
