OCHI presents Every Mountain Is an Ocean, nine paintings by New York-based Matthew F Fisher in his third solo show with the gallery. After more than a decade of painting the sea, Fisher turns to invented mountain peaks seen from above the clouds, pairing smooth gradient skies with obsessively repeated marks and scalloped cloud bands, landscape becoming a way into abstraction.
