Ethan Means's "Fair Hikes", his second exhibition with Entrance, presents a suite of new oil paintings made en plein air across New York City and Brooklyn. Set in artist's frames, the small panels trace the routines and surroundings of a painter wandering the city where he was born and raised. Warm, green-toned and meticulous yet dreamlike, the works explore memory, unreliable narration and close looking.
