Charles Dickson’s *Select Works, 1965–2026* is parrasch heijnen’s first show with the Los Angeles sculptor, spanning sixty years of inquiry. Assemblages in wood, metal, bronze, Styrofoam, and acrylic explore the politics of beauty and the African American diaspora. Shaped by mentors including Charles White and Noah Purifoy, and by his Watts Towers residency, Dickson links community activism with experimental form.
