Shaghayegh Cyrous's Breathe the Sun is a multimedia installation by the Los Angeles-based Iranian artist drawing on ancient Persian and Zoroastrian origin stories. A large video projection opening on the sound of breath is ringed by sculptural objects, a chorus of faces painted on fabric and a long painted scroll, a meditation on light and darkness, displacement and resilience amid conflict.
