Lucy Williams’ *Beautiful, Perfect Things* presents intricate mixed-media collages inspired by British modernism and Bauhaus architecture. Built from carefully sourced materials, woven textile tests, color studies and layered surfaces, her architectural scenes move between realism and abstraction. Precise yet playful, the works explore architecture, color and light, and the links between art, design and memory.

Lucy Williams

Lucy Williams (b. 1972, Oxford, UK) makes intricate architectural collages that move between realism and abstraction. She received a BA in fine art painting from The Glasgow School of Art and a postgraduate diploma from the Royal Academy Schools, London. Inspired by British modernism and Bauhaus architecture, her work combines sourced materials, woven textiles and precise color. Beautiful, Perfect Things is her first show at Miles McEnery.
