Barry McGee's Another Round takes over Jeffrey Deitch's Los Angeles gallery, a former RCA Victor recording studio, where McGee is working on site for several weeks with invited artist friends. Rooted in San Francisco street culture, his work mixes tagging, detailed drawing and assemblage sculpture, drawing on skateboarding, punk, underground comics and hobo freight-car tags, with empathy for the figures he portrays.
