Guyer presents idiosyncratic shapes deployed across the house on various surfaces including antique paper and marble remnants. Burstein's work deconstructs and reconstructs flags as sculpture and action, exploring themes of waste and recycling. The exhibition also features previously unseen works by David Ireland, including monotypes from his Thangka series and small works in cement and wood. The title 'Amitié' references Proust's concept of friendship and connection with perceived objects, reflecting a gathering shaped by memory and kinship with the historic house.
