A Degree of Light surveys two key bodies of work by Norman Zammitt, laminated acrylic pole sculptures and abstract Band Paintings. Tracing his exploration of color as a means to approximate light, the exhibition connects early sculptural experiments with later paintings informed by mathematical systems, industrial processes, and computer technology. Together, the works reflect Zammitt’s sustained inquiry into perception, transparency, and chromatic progression.
