New Original Works closes with three world premieres. Chica Barbosa’s *Marilyn Times* layers film projection and solo performance in a dream-state encounter between Norma Jeane, Marilyn Monroe and the performer. Friidom’s *THE TETHER* brings Krump, Poppin, Waving and other street dance forms into a cypher about community support, and Tarren Johnson’s *High Earners Not Rich Yet* is a dance theater portrait of precarity in Los Angeles.
