Virva Hinnemo (b. 1976, Helsinki) is a Springs, New York painter working from perception, memory, and abstracted views of everyday life. Raised between Stockholm, Viinijärvi, and Moscow, she studied at The Nyckelvisks School of Art and earned a BFA from Parsons. Shown at Halsey McKay and Anita Rogers and in Marta group shows, this is her first formal presentation at Marta’s LA flagship.
