Pica Negron is the collaborative practice of New York–based artist-designers Noah Pica and Paul Negron, formally founded in 2025. Drawing on Pica’s background in fashion and sculpture and Negron’s in tailoring and outerwear, the duo approaches clothing as both constructed and inhabited.
