Pablo Picasso

Pablo Picasso (1881–1973), born in Málaga, Spain, was one of the most influential artists of the 20th century. Based largely in France, he co-founded Cubism with Georges Braque and worked across painting, sculpture, printmaking, ceramics and collage through many shifting styles, from the Blue and Rose periods to Neoclassicism and Surrealism-inflected work.
